Realfit India has supplied fire protection and piping infrastructure for 30 years. We make and stock our products at our factory and warehouse in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, and run sales, technical support and export coordination from our corporate office in Hebbagodi, Bengaluru.
Consultants come to us for approved material and complete submittals. Contractors come to us because fittings, valves, hoses and the pipe preparation machines arrive from one source, on one delivery.

Manufacturing and quality assurance in Hosur
Every fitting follows the same route through our Hosur plant. Each stage has its own inspection, and nothing moves forward until it passes.

Casting and material check
Ductile iron to ASTM A536. Each heat is verified for chemistry and mechanical properties before release.

Precision machining
CNC machining of housing keys, gasket pockets and threads, gauged against go/no-go limits.

Coating
Red paint, epoxy or hot-dip galvanising, with coating thickness and adhesion checks.

Assembly
Gaskets, bolts and nuts are matched to the housing size and service, then assembled and torque checked.

Pressure testing
Hydrostatic testing above rated working pressure, and air-under-water leak testing for valves.

Final inspection and traceability
Batch and heat marking on every piece, inspection records kept, test certificates issued with dispatch.
Fire protection standards
Products are built for systems designed to NFPA 13 and NFPA 14, and carry UL listing and FM approval where the category requires it.
ISO 9001:2015 system
Documented procedures cover purchasing, production, calibration, non-conformance and customer complaints.

Consultants and clients are welcome to audit the plant and witness tests. Arrange a visit.
